Box users cannot access the files in the box account.

Are your users seeing any sort of error message when trying to access files? Would you mind sharing a screenshot and provide details on what the issue so we can share out insights?

Hi France,

Apparently, there was an accounting miscommunication and it has been cleared up. The box system is functioning again as expected at all of our offices.
