I started using Box 1 week ago and have successfully edited documents in the Google drive app until today. Each time I open a document to 'edit in google docs', I have about 20 seconds before the google doc page disconnects and I get an error message saying "trying to reconnect" "reconnecting". If I refresh the page, I get 20 more seconds to edit before the same thing happens. The google doc page never reconnects. This is happening with all documents I open using google sheets or docs as of today. 

I checked my Google Drive sharing capabilities in my google account and they are all correct per other Box support posts. 

I created the document in my box account and haven't shared it with anyone. I only have one Box account and it's the same email for my google drive.
