Box get root folder- 403 error

Hi
I am trying to get the root folder by access token but I get a 403 error.
but i got the token successfully by the same api at other times.

Response detail when 403 Forbidden:

these errors occured at the following time(PDT/PST):
16-Nov-2021 9:30p - 10:00p

Is the access token acquisition failure due to the Box maintenance period?

Hello, 

I wouldn't suspect this error to be caused by maintenance. Could you please provide the client ID of your application so I can take a closer look in our backend logs?

Because our Client ID has a certain degree of confidentiality, So it's not very convenient for everyone to see it.
So can you provide a company email address or other convenient way for us to communicate continuously?
