Hello,
I am trying to use the ftp end-point provided by box to download some data and I am using filezilla based on the guide below:

Unfortunately, I am unable to connect to this end-point and the UI fails with this error:

Status: Connecting to 107.152.26.220:990...
Status: Connection established, initializing TLS...
Error: GnuTLS error -54: Error in the pull function.
Error: Could not connect to server
Status: Waiting to retry...
