Box for Salesforce: unable to login to Box from Salesforce

We are receiving an error when trying to sign in as a Box user from the Box Salesforce app. We’ve tried logging in as admin and non-admin Box users yet the issue persists and I’ve included the screenshot below. 

Has anyone resolved this before?
