I am able to embed a Box folder into a Record page layout in Salesforce. But when testing and clicking "Create Folder" in order to connect/create a particular folder, an error is returned: Folder for the request cannot be created/found.Please check Configuration
All of our Box files are present under the Box app within Salesforce, so the integration is functioning at a basic level.
Please advise.
