Where do you turn on Box for Microsoft Office (Desktop) as a autosave location in admin settings?

This fixed it

Check these steps:

  1. Log in to the Box Admin Console
  2. In the left sidebar, click Integrations
  3. Click the Settings tab
  4. Scroll down to Box for Microsoft Co-Authoring
  5. Click Edit Configuration
  6. Select "On for all managed users" (or enable for specific users/groups)
  7. Click Save
