Box for MAC Not Opening or Downloading Files

I have Box for Mac version 2.27.240 installed on macOS Monterey (12.5) and when i try and open a file or download a file from the box drive, it just hangs and I get time out errors.


I have uninstalled and re-installed twice already but this issue keeps coming back

    This has become a problem at our agency as well. We have multiple tickets opened with Box Support with no real solution in sight yet. Same version of Box Drive and macOS Monterey.
