Box For EMM - App is Not Authorized – Box Support


We have a user that is unable to login to the application through that was provided through Intune (MDM). Works fine with other users. Why can't the user log in?


  1. email address of a user getting the error: data redacted

  2. Time stamp & time zone of the error: 12:54PM EST
