I’ve got Viewers that I would like to be able to download a folder of content and have that content watermarked. There appears to be no option for a Viewer to download a folder.
If you enable them to be a Viewer Uploader the watermarks disappear on downloaded folder. This is not the type of behavior I would expect.

For Viewers, they cannot download watermarked files directly from the folder view. Instead, they must first preview the file to generate the watermarked version. Also, they can only download watermarked files individually, and not as part of a folder download. Apologies for any limitations.

Note: When using a shared link to access watermarked content, non-collaborators must have a Box account to download watermarked files or folders.
