Box Folders Missing

Hi Team,
I use Box drive to sync my files on my computer.
Yesterday, I noticed that two of my Folder from Box seem to be disappeared and I am not able to find any data on Trash. (but I still see partially these 2 folders locally on my computer) They were private folders with all my documentation, folders in which I work daily.
Many sub-folders from these two folders for example have been deleted at the same moment I was trying to open them, without me deleting them.
I still see some sub-folders from these 2 folders on my computer but when I try to open one of them, all the information from the folder disappear (they wipe) and the folder remains empty.
Please help me to recover and restore these folders. I need all my documentation and work back in Box.
