Box Folder Invite

Been sent a folder invite multiple times. When I click on the accept invite button it opens a new Box tab but I can't access the folder. Theres no error. The folder just doesn't show up.

    If you are having trouble accessing a file or folder that has been shared with you, verify that you are signed in to the same Box account that the collaboration invite was sent to.
