Box folder/file access request

I can't find the way to request access to the file/folder directly. Below is the only information I receive when I have no access. Why there is no button to request it in that information? It could be not visible info about owner if there is the issue due to privacy rules.

I'd appreciate help or the way how I could request developers to add that feature.

I can not find the box owner and I can not find box support contact either.

Is there a link or name that I can contact at "box support"?
