Box files syncing and showing for some people but not others.

I am having issues seeing files made by people in our office. When a new file is made or added into a folder sometimes only 1 person can see it is there and the rest cannot. I have checked to make sure no file was pending upload and still I am unable to see everything being put into certain file locations.
