Hello everyone,
I just had this issue:
- on my local BOX still have the folders, but can't open the files (see image1)
- on web/cloud BOX just a few still there (see image2)
Saying that I'm sharing with my Boss but, he rarely goes there to consult the files. And he confirms not had deleted anything at all.
Possible to recover all the folders/files?

Hi there, we have 18 folders where all the files disappeared on Nov 13, 2020 as well. They aren't in the trash. Help please! I've sent in a ticket but want to make sure someone sees this asap. Thank you!
Hello, I went in to a box folder, and selected notes, and all of the files in the folder are now gone. None can be seen in my trash help!
Same thing happened to me just now! Not sure what to do since it seems impossible to actually file a ticket....
