Box File To Sheets(Workplace)

I am trying to open my file with Google Sheets and it hits me with:

You need a Google Workspace account to edit business files

I have a log in and also uploaded said document from sheets. I log back in, but nothing happens and I cannot edit the file from Box through Sheets. 

I have granted Workplace access to Box as well. The same thing happens when my coworkers try it as well. 

Are we out of luck? Or is there a solution I am not seeing?
