Hello Box support,
I have this issue with my Box website, is missing my favorites, no drop down menu appears.
I cleared cache and cookies, tested on FireFox and Internet Explorer/Edge but is the same issue

Could you please confirm if the files in your Favorites before still available in your All files?
Apparently, we don't have a tool that would recover the listed favorite but this suggestion is great and we would appreciate if you can post this Product feedback for other users to see and vote through Box Pulse. Our product team will provide a status and some commentary regarding the update.
