Some of our users are seeing below error when we try to display Box Folder inside Salesforce.
Box Explorer Error:
Invalid DWA Request: The requested user cannot be found or does not have domain wide auth enabled
It looks like some permission issue, but can we please identify what is the root cause and how to resolve this?
