Box suddenly stopped working on windows 11. When logging it an error message pops up. Secondly, all folders for the box have disappeared from the computer. The icon cannot be removed from file explorer. I could not uninstall the application and remove it from the registry. I can only view my files in the browser. I now have a while icon in my folder pane in file explorer. Is this a problem with other users?

Do you mind running this Microsoft script tool on your computer to see if you can uninstall Box Drive and then reinstall the app.
