Box drive does not load anymore, with the following error:

Windows 10, box version 2.42.212


I've been using Box for quite a while, and suddenly this started happening.  I've noticed several others are having the same issue.


Windows 10 version 22H2


The most recent updates were:
KB5048292
KB5046613
KB5046542
KB5048239  


In case this helps, I found the win32api.pyd file in C:\Program Files\Box\Box.  Last date modified 11/16/2024.


I also ran sfc /scannow, and it found no integrity violations
