Box error in File Explorer

I am getting the following error from Box within File Explorer. All of our computers are imaged and put on a domain within the university. It works for 24 hours and then gives the following error:

"Location is not available

C:\Users\username\Box is unavailable. If the location is on this PC, make sure the device or drive is connected or the disc is inserted, and then try again. If the location is on a network, make sure you are connected to the network or internet, and then try again. If the location still can't be found, it might have been moved or deleted."

Nothing shows up in the event viewer and multiple users on different domains are reporting the same issue.
