Question

Box Edit: can't open file message when trying to edit in Word or Excel

For the past few days, every-time I try to open a file on box I get an error message that says:

box edit: Can't open file. There was an error while trying to authorize the edit action. If the error persists, please contact your administrator.

Also, I am the administrator... I'm on a MacBook Air

Any help would be greatly appreciated it. It is really a pain to work around this error message....

So I reinstalled box tools for Mac and now I can open files. Not sure what happened that it had stopped working after working fine forever.

Accueil Bas-Chateau, I reinstalled the Box Tools software and that fixed my problem.
