My Finder/Mac Big Sur won't download or sync any content. I quit the application and logged out. When i logged back in - it forced an update - which is now continually failing. I tried uninstalling and restarting Mac. ThEN redownloaded "new" version but now have an error and it won't load box. It says I've downloaded an old version over a new one... i downloaded it from your website. Please help.
