Hi! For a few days the Box Drive no longer works on Windows 10 Pro, even when uninstalling warsaw, and uninstalling the box by downloading the new version, it works for a while, but when restarting the PC it is blocked, even clicking on it does not open the folder. What can it be?

Can you try manually resetting your Box Drive app following the steps provided in this article: Manually reset Box Drive
If the issue persists, can you clean uninstall of Box Drive by following the instructions as outlined in this community article below.
When you are done, please restart your computer and then proceed reinstall Box Drive following this article:
In the meantime, if you need to access or copy your files stored in Box, you may login to Box.com via web browser (Box webapp).
