Started having a very weird issue where my Box folder in the Windows file explorer bar (Win10Pro, v22H2) doesn't work anymore and when I right click on it it doesn't load any properties. I tried to add it to my Quick Assess folder up above and that does bring me to the folder but then trying to navigate within it is very laggy and sometimes crashes Windows Explorer entirely. Can't find any kind of repair utility in the Add/Remove Programs page and just uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't help.

Any ideas?

Hi Tyler,

Thanks for posting!

Was there a solution to this? I am currently having a similar issue.

I did figure out the issue, turns out I had disabled some registry values when trying to clean up my context menu through a 3rd party program. I re-enabled all the Box items and it started working again.
