The latest Box Drive update just failed a few minutes ago. I was prompted to send the logs, which I did. I was told that the transmission was successful and was prompted to open a support case, but I can't see any information on how to do that.

I'm having the same issue. My current Box Drive version is 2.2.167 and per the error message I have not tried to update again. As directed I sent the log and received confirmation that it transmitted.

I just had the same thing happen. Box Drive failed to update. How do I see what version I have?


I had the same thing happen.  I was unable to update the latest version of box drive.  I sent a log. What is the next step to get the update.
