Box Drive, Syncing has been disabled due to an error.

After using for 3 years, suddenly this error showed up today. Not sure how to figure out what is going on. My Box is administered by university staff. I can't confirm any changes. I've submitted a ticket to IT. but wondering if there might be anything else I can do to debug the new issue?

This has become a widespread problem at our agency recently. The same scenario; we've been working for years on all applications saving to Box Drive without errors. We are seeing this on workstations with the latest macOS Monterey 12.5.
