Box drive synching

My box drive is not synching on either of my laptops since May 5th. It has synched however on the lpatops of the small team I belong to. What instruction cna you give me please. The box icon appears in the tray in blue and all else seems ok.

Have you checked to see if Box Drive is running on your device?

Also, check to see if there are problem items that could prevent saving your files to Box. 

Box Drive provides user notifications if there are any issues saving your changes to Box. The Box Drive application interface lists the file and provides a brief description of the issue. We had to unistall box becauseit was taking up too much space on my laptop.  I reinstalled it and now I can't get my files in box to sync back to my laptop.
