Used space is reported as 4.3 GB of 10.0 GB, but adding all the space taken by files in my Box drive folders it only reaches 1527.6 MB. Trash folder is empty.
Is this a glitch, or drive space needs some time to update in the report, or do i need to do something in order to have the correct data displayed?

I ran a script to fix the file size count in your used storage and should be seeing the right file size count.
You can check this by going to your Box console> Account Settings>Account> Account Details> Storage ( used/total).

Box Support is able to run a script for specific end-users’ accounts to fix the data inaccuracy issues around user storage size, folder size, and file counts.
