I recently deleted about half of the files I had in BOX and it is still showing that I am almost out of storage space and it has been a couple days since the deletion.  Could you please fix this? I know I only have about 5 GBS of information uploaded out of the 10GB of storage.

Glad that you've joined this forum. Great news! We've ran the script to correct your file and folder counts. You may check it by logging in to box.com> Account Settings> Used Storage.

I have the same problem. I have only one folder of 1MB and can't sinc my files because BOX says I have a storage of 11,1GB.
