I need to know how to protect a file when 2 people have it open. We have found when 2 have it open & one closes it while the other one is still in it, it will duplicate. What do we do to prevent that from happening.

Box Drive Simultaneous File Editing Issue was it resolved

This simultaneous editing of files is still not supported in Box Drive, however she have enhanced Box Drive's Lock/Unlock feature which provides users now the option to lock a file to ensure other users are not able to edit the document at the same time.
