Dear all,
I have been using BOX Business as my contracted and designated service, and have been installing and using BOX Drive since yesterday in order to increase the free space on my PC.
However, the file size is not decreasing at all. Each file is marked with a cloud, but there is no change at all when compared to the size of the Original Data before it was uploaded to the BOX and synchronized with the BOX Drive on the PC.
Is this problem something that time will solve? Or is there some special setting that needs to be done?

The cloud icon indicates your files LHIProviderPortal are synced, but they may not be fully uploaded yet. Review Box Drive settings, ensure "Local caching" is enabled, and monitor upload activity. If the issue persists, contact Box Support for assistance.
