Box Drive - nothing happens

Have Box Drive installed so can access via the program on my PC.  Logs me in under my Google account the Box Drive program appears again  - Google appears showing Launching Box Drive.  Thats where it all stops

 

Can access my account online but want to sue the app

    • Kindly confirm your Operating System and your Box Drive version.

    Good afternoon,

     

    There is no error message just Box Drive screen re-appears. Operating System is Windows 10 Pro Version 22H2 / OS Build 19045.4651.  Box Drive version 2.38.173.0
