Box Drive not working

Box Drive wasn't syncing so tried deleting it and re-downloading the drive.

Now when I try and open the application I get the following error message, and then the application quits:

"You installed an older version of Box Drive on top of a newer version. Please instal the latest version of Box Drive. If the problem persists, please contact Box Support to further troubleshoot the issue."

 

Have tried uninstalling via Terminal and nothing changes.

I have the most up to date OS. I downloaded the Box Drive using the link you provided and again I'm having the same error message. Box Drive will not open.

We've noticed this for a few users at our agency as well. We are all on the latest macOS Monterey 12.5 and it's just a really challenging time right now using Box Drive.
