Box Drive not syncing

A user on my account is having issues with Box Drive sync. Multiple folders are missing, files aren't uploading, and he's not able to create/copy share links. We've tried restarting/updating the computer, signing out and reinstalling the box drive app, but nothing seems to fix the issue.
