For a few days now my drive hasn't been syncing. Also when I try to open some files on my desktop box folders nothing happens. No error or anything. It just won't open.

I have a similar problem. Files stored locally are syncing to the cloud (I can see them updated on the web browser interface) but will not open using box drive. They can be downloaded via the web interface.

Kenneth me too, I can download files from the web interface but not open them from Box Drive on my computer. Did anyone ever get a resolution to how to get Box Drive to connect and sync all the files again?

In the end, I quit the box sync app and restarted it. Voila! Syncing resumed.
