I am not able to install the box drive on my laptop. When i run the same, it does not open anything. Any help will be really appreciated. Thanks in advance.

By any chance, did you receive a prompt that your install was unsuccessful or any error message maybe?
In the meantime, could you look for Box Drive (Box) in Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features?
