Box Drive no longer works on Mac OS Mohave

The drive was working fine, until Box made an automatic update the drive app. After that the drive app no longer works. Box refuses to provide any support other than post on this community website. If anyone knows of a solution, I will gladly hearing about it.

For me to check, may I please have the following: 

  • Was there an error message? Could you provide a screenshot?
  • What OS and version are you using?
  • Have you tried to uninstall/reinstall the app? If not, please see the article below:

Hi Aira 

I have the same issue. I have tried uninstalling and installing more than 5 times now. 

Box was working perfectly and one day it just stopped working.
