I have box drive 2.28.292 installed. This is working fine.

My understanding was that the app was now fully ported to support m1/arm.

However I note in the task manager that the box proceses (box, Box Helper, Box Autoupdater, boxfileprovider, Box UI) are *All* 'Intel' processes, not 'Apple'.

Is it the case that currently Box is still compiled only for Intel (albeit tested/supporting m1) or is there an issue with my install?

Hi Nigel,

Welcome to the Box Community, I'm happy to help!

Currently Box Drive is built for Intel processor and tested and supported on Native Apple Silicon.

We are actively working on native Apple silicon support for Box Drive.

Thanks for reaching out and let us know how else we can help!

All the Best,

Thanks for the clarification. Good to know it wasn't just me with a bad install. Box is working fine otherwise. WIll look forward to being totally arm in future.
