Box Drive Issues- Error logs collected - continuous issues

Dear Support, I am encountering issues with box drive, there are frequent errors, logs are being collected and there was a message, that the ticket needs to be raised. Please, reach out to me to the email address  [information redacted] for further details required. Thank you in advance, Katarina

    To help address this issue, you may reach out to your internal helpdesk team for assistance. If they need Product Support team to step in, they will be the one to submit the case on your behalf.
