New PC - Windows 11, new Box Drive software install. Installed without error.


Shows the login screen, but after entering credentials minimises to taskbar with Box drive is not signed in.


Have quit and restarted box, rebooted machine, uninstalled/reinstalled box, clean uninstalled box (as per https://support.box.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043697494-Using-Box-Drive-Basics)/reinstalled box, turned firewall off completely, tried logging in with different account. Nothing worked.


Have logged in with same account on different computer, worked fine each time.

I have the exactly the same issue. New win 11 laptop (Surface laptop Studio), my account works in another Win 10 laptop and two Android  phones fine with same credentials.


Any ideas/solution?


I have the same problem with fresh install of Windows 10.

It finally worked for me by installing Box Sync once, uninstalled it and then installed Box Drive again. For some unknown reason that fixed it.
