Descargue Box Drive en un nuevo ordenador y no me deja acceder, ya que coloco mi usuario y contraseña correctamente y el símbolo de Box Drive en la parte inferior derecha me continua apareciendo en gris así como la siguiente foto.
Ingreso todo correcto y el logo sigue apareciendo de color gris y no tengo acceso en mi PC a mi Box Drive.
¿Alguna Solución?
