I have a paid personal account.  I am trying to set box up on four computers that I use for a project.


Box works on the other three, but I installed it on the fourth one and it won't create a Box folder.  I am logging in successfully.  There are no error messages.  After logging in, the login window goes away and nothing happens.

Can you try to manually reset your Box Drive from your Windows device following the steps provided in this article?:


If the issue persists, please go ahead and uninstall and then reinstall Box Drive from your device following these articles:
