Recently moved from Sync to Drive. Using Seagate Dashboard, I used to be able to backup my synced files to my external Seagate hard drive. I've reconfigured my backup to include the new Drive folder but it's not backing up the offline folders/files, only the shortcut.

Box Drive - How can I backup offline folders/files?

Upon checking, it seems Box Drive app does not support External Drives, thus the behavior that you encounter. If you wish to create copies of your files/ folders in Box Drive into an external hard drive, you would have to make a copy of these into your desktop and then move them into your external hard drive.
