" Box Drive Has Encountered and Issue"

Has anyone received this notification and what does it mean? I tried to "contact Box Support", but, there's no "support" page to send a message to Box....only the "Community". Thanks very much - Frank

It looks like your Box Drive may have crashed. To resolve this, can you follow the steps provided in this article to manually reset Box Drive:
