Box Drive has encountered a problem that requires you to manually reset Box Drive.

Hi, I have used Box Drive without any problems for years, however shortly it has stopped working and asked me to manually reset. It might have to do with a "clean my Mac" scan... I have followed the directions on the support page, however without luck.
