Box Drive has ecountered an issue - Install issues

I have been unable to use Box on my Mac. I've tried deleting and re-adding Box and I receive the following message:

You installed an older version of Box Drive on top of a newer version.

Please install the latest version of Box Drive. If the problem persists, please contact Box Support to further troubleshoot the issue.

Is anyone else experiencing this same issue?

Hi. I am trying to download the box app on my new Mac and it's not working.  I downloaded the app but it can't be detected in Safari extensions. I turned the computer off and turned it on again and it still doesn't show up.
