Been using box drive for 2 years, now can't open it. It keeps prompting me
"Box Drive has encountered a problem that requires you to manually reset Box Drive.If the problem persists, please contact Box Support to further troubleshoot the issue."
I've manually reset twice and the problem persists. I keep getting the same prompt.
I contacted support and all it said was to manually rest again. Not helpful. Please help me solve this as soon as possible. I need it for work. Thanks, Patrick Casciato
