Hi. I initially declined to activate the two factor authentication but now the uploaded files by the vendor have disappeared. Could you please look into how this can be restored? I have now set up 2FA but this has not restored the files. Please advise.

Negative. The files have not resurfaced since 2FA was initially declined (eventually activated which explains why 2FA is now enabled).
The main folder (Hays - shared folder) and all its subfolders have remained accessible but the files on the same directory disappeared during the 2FA process and have not been seen since.
