I saw many issues similar to this on the forum but no "fixes."  The response to all of these posts was a ticket was created and someone will reach out.


I have a user who has the message to install the Box update every time she launches Box.  There is an area to send logs but there is no error code.  I have images but I am unsure where to insert them into this post.


How can we get this issue resolved?
